Hybrid working: 3 days onsite, 2 from home - may be working late until 19:30 for any ad-hoc meetings

  • Provide high quality and proactive business management support
  • Draft Board and Committee reports, as required, and advise report authors on the content and presentation of their papers
  • Support the Trust Secretary and Board Secretary in the development of the Foundation Trust Office
  • Assist in the delivery of induction programmes for new Directors and Governors Respond to public, regulatory and Trust queries concerning corporate governance, including FOI requests
  • Minutes of meetings
