Verus Recruitment Partners have the pleasure of supporting an education provider looking for an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join their team.

The role requires you to work closely with the team and make a meaningful impact on strategic goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage schedules for the Senior Team, optimising time allocation.
  • Coordinate and support meetings, including notetaking and documentation.
  • Engage with external stakeholders to organise events and foster relationships.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for Senior Team members.
  • Contribute to events and their success.
  • Assist in creating engaging presentations for the Senior Team.

Requirements:


  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Systems
  • Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience in diary management.
  • Ability to prioritise workload, work to tight deadlines and be proactive.
  • Previous PA or admin experience (desirable)
