Verus Recruitment Partners have the pleasure of supporting an education provider looking for an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules for the Senior Team, optimising time allocation.
- Coordinate and support meetings, including notetaking and documentation.
- Engage with external stakeholders to organise events and foster relationships.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for Senior Team members.
- Contribute to events and their success.
- Assist in creating engaging presentations for the Senior Team.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Systems
- Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience in diary management.
- Ability to prioritise workload, work to tight deadlines and be proactive.
- Previous PA or admin experience (desirable)
