Description
L&D Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Support with system administration for the employee learning management system
- Coordinate campaigns for Early Careers programmes
- Coordinate training events and webinars
- Prepare analyse and interrogate date for MI and reporting purposes
- Provide proactive and effective support to HR projects where required
- Proficient in systems administration is advantageous
- Background in L&D environment
- Methodical organised and great attention to detail
- Previous experience in an early careers environment is advantageous
This is a 20 hour a week role and this can be worked in anyway desired across the week by the successful individual.
