Description

L&D Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Support with system administration for the employee learning management system
  • Coordinate campaigns for Early Careers programmes
  • Coordinate training events and webinars
  • Prepare analyse and interrogate date for MI and reporting purposes
  • Provide proactive and effective support to HR projects where required
Learning & Development Coordinator Skills

  • Proficient in systems administration is advantageous
  • Background in L&D environment
  • Methodical organised and great attention to detail
  • Previous experience in an early careers environment is advantageous


This is a 20 hour a week role and this can be worked in anyway desired across the week by the successful individual.

There is an option for hybrid or on site working.
