Biller - Advertising Agency:

A well-established, large, creative Advertising agency are looking for a Biller to join their team of 3 Budget Controllers.

The role offers hybrid working (2 days in the office) and are based near Holborn.

Biller - The Role:

Liaising with Budget Controllers and Agency teams to ensure client and intercompany invoices are raised accurately and in a timely manner based on client deadlines.
Matching on all billable jobs allocating invoices to costs in SAP.
Review of biweekly BACs payment run for approval by Finance Director.
Point of contact for Accounts Receivable queries from SSC (Shared Service Centre)
Provide support and assistance to Budget Controllers with job reconciliations, ad hoc tasks and team projects.
Preparing documentation for client and internal audits for review by Budget Controllers.

Biller - The Person:

Proactive with excellent organisational and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Selfmotivated and able to work with own initiative to meet internal and client deadlines
Experienced using Excel
