Personal Assistant (PA)

Band 4, 1.0 wte, 37.5 hours - Secondment/Fixed Term Maternity Cover

Mid-April 2023 to Mid-January 2024

Salary £25,914 - £28,187

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PA to provide maternity cover for 2 of our Associate Directors of Pharmacy as part of the Pharmacy Directorate team.

This post is offered on a Fixed term basis or secondment from April 2023 to January 2024.

Reporting to the Directorate Business Manager, main duties include coordinating, leading, and providing PA and secretarial services to two Associate Directors.

This will involve developing, implementing, and maintaining administration systems to ensure the smooth day to day running of the pharmacy services across the directorate.

Health Service office experience would be an advantage.
