The Role;

  • You are our driving force in initiating outbound contact with our potential clients, inbound lead qualification and processing leads through the sales cycle by qualifying prospects and setting up appointments.
  • You are our driving force in initiating outbound contact with our potential clients, inbound lead qualification and processing leads through the sales cycle by qualifying prospects and setting up appointments.
  • Your goal is to provide and qualify genuine sales opportunities, meeting your KPIs, to ensure the overall delivery of our sales target.
  • You will provide qualified leads and book new business opportunities for the sales team by producing campaigns, making good use of social media to promote awareness and interest, and making outbound calls to cold and warm prospects to generate new leads.
  • You must respond and contact inbound leads within minutes.
Your Responsibilities;

  • Research analyse the industry to identify potential customers and opportunities, as well as understanding competitor information, segmentation, positioning, Clevel contacts and market developments.
  • Lead generation (inbound and outbound) through achieving the required sales activity metrics and targets (calls, call time, CRM usage, leads, appointments etc).
  • Data management ensure the CRM system is up to date and accurate to support marketing campaigns.
  • Proactive outreach manage prospects along the qualification process until it is appropriate to book an appointment.
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) work with marketing to produce campaigns to generate new leads.
  • Booking meetings schedule calls and demos with potential customers.
  • Previous business development or sales experience (and if you have specific telesales, telemarketing or experience selling B2B subscription products that would be even more relevant).
  • Knowledge of using tools, such as LinkedIn and Chat bot to generate business interest.
  • Some previous experience of CRM would be an advantage.
