Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer| Above Market Salary| Warrington | Excellent Shift Pattern.

This is one role that is not to be missed I am searching for a Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer who is looking for their next challenge.

This role will develop and grow my clients maintenance team, and add support to the preventative maintenance schedulesas well as business critical projects.

Conduct all engineering activities safely and professionally, ensuring compliance with current legislation and procedures at all times.
Conduct planned maintenance, breakdown and statutory checks as required.
Liaise with Managers, to prioritise workload and ensure adequate resources are made available to resolve issues.
Working as part of engineering team on site, strive to keep engineering downtime to a minimum, prioritising tasks to meet business needs.
Ensure reports are completed at the end of each shift, logging completed work and flagging issues and providing a plan to resolve.
Improve machine availability, learn and understand machine processes and operation.
Be prepared to participate in continuous improvement processes and undergo any training needs.
Participate in a range of businessrelated projects and processes both engineering and nonengineering.
Develop operating standards and practices to ensure efficient running of machines.

Requirements:

Apprentice trained mechanical or electrical discipline with a recognised apprenticeship.
ONC/HNC or equivalent experience in Engineering.
Knowledge of work maintenance systems.
Fully experienced in mechanical & Electrical fault diagnosis & rectification.
Drive systems knowledge.
Understanding of Roll Forming.
Understanding Pneumatic & Hydraulic systems.
To work within a flexible team environment.
The ability to multitask and work to strict deadlines within an FMCG environment.
Ability to communicate at all levels within an organisation.
