Are you available within a week or less? Looking for an exciting and varied customer service role?

Element Recruitment are working with a UK wide business, based in central Bristol, who are looking for a Student Receptionist join them on a temporary basis.

This is an ideal role for graduates who are looking for their first step into a more office-based role.

Hours:
Full time. 7am - 3pm or 2pm - 10pm on a rota basis working 5 out of the 7 days.
You will need to be flexible as you will be required to work 1 in 3 weekends.
Temporary for around 12 weeks, with the aim to go permanent.

Pay:
£9.50 - £10.10 per hour (+holiday)


Duties include:


  • Providing a welcoming front of house reception service
  • Managing and responding to customer and sales queries
  • Organising post
  • Building and maintenance compliance checks
  • Safety awareness, including fire alarm checks
  • Adhoc admin for IT related queries
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Ability to think on your feet and be a fast learner

Salary:
£9.50 per hour
