MARKETING ASSISTANT
This role offers a short-term contract to provide vital support to the Marketing Team. Responsibilities include updating documents with new addresses and branding elements, as well as offering general administration support.


MARKETING ASSISTANT ROLE:


  • Delivering a comprehensive administration service to fully support the Marketing Team
  • Creating and updating documents with new business address, branding elements, and other necessary updates
  • Developing and maintaining a streamlined document repository
  • Preparing and implementing effective recommendations, while providing general administrative support within the scope of the role

MARKETING ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:


  • Minimum of three years' experience in administration working within Marketing or Communication Teams
  • Alevels or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
