Job Summary

Non-Theatrical coordination with our licensees to enable secure and efficient delivery of our content across all territories and markets and also to manage the reporting, invoicing and collection of all nontheatrical related revenue.
To Support the generation of all revenues nontheatrically in WDSMP from all our current and past film releases via International licensees.

The Opportunity and Responsibilities

Provide support to drive the Non-Theatrical business, to include content lists, clearing dates, coordinating the reporting of revenues generated.
Working with Finance to raise invoice requests.
Coordinate with local offices and Burbank to gain approval to support nontheatrical activity, including requests for new titles to be made available in DCP.
The role is responsible for managing the company's Non-Theatrical business internationally, this covers all territories excluding domestic and entails:
Support the sourcing, creation and delivery of film elements, including dubbed and sub-title languages.
Clearance of release dates
Review and approve special request screenings including clearing any additional marketing or publicity activity with the relevant business partners.
Offer access to marketing materials so licensees can advertise our titles to their customers including ensuring all copyright is correct on all elements. As well as providing merchandise to publicise our latest titles in competitions etc.
