Key Responsibilities
- Scan various documents and save
- Phone support, taking calls, 1st level response
- Maintain stationary levels (Carrier doc wallets, CofOs, Envelopes, Jiffy bags, etc)
- Any other duties as required from time to time
- Updating different Systems
- Stock control
- General office support
- Excel spreadsheet
- Good telephone manner
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to prioritise own workload and manage own time commitments
Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm
Salary:
£10.25 per hour
