This is being advertised on behalf of Neon Contracts we are operating as an employment business.

This role includes providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scan various documents and save
  • Phone support, taking calls, 1st level response
  • Maintain stationary levels (Carrier doc wallets, CofOs, Envelopes, Jiffy bags, etc)
  • Any other duties as required from time to time
  • Updating different Systems
  • Stock control
  • General office support
  • Excel spreadsheet
Experience/Knowledge

  • Good telephone manner
  • Knowledge of customer service principles
Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to prioritise own workload and manage own time commitments
Hours of Work - Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm


Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm


Salary:
£10.25 per hour
