Opportunity Overview:

We are currently working with a FTSE Top 100 Company in West Sussex who are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Data Analyst to join their dynamic team.

As a key member of their Analytics team, you will be responsible for leading data-driven projectsand initiatives that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Collect, process, and analyze large data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights
Communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify new data sources and opportunities for analysis
Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures
Lead and mentor junior team members

Requirements:

Strong experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
Experience with statistical programming languages such as R or Python
Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes
Experience working with large, complex data sets and ability to perform data analysis
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics
