..Waltham Forest Services Ltd are looking to build a pool of casual staff As we approach the peak season for cleaning and general maintenance jobs we need to fulfil for our customers within Waltham Forest, hours will be provided to cover staff absences along with peak/busy periods. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individuals who can portray excellent performance and the right attitude.

Do you have experience of cleaning residential homes and commercial premises and looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Are you a team player, passionate about your work and customer focused? If you are this is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and friendly service.

Your role will include (but not be limited to);

Responsible for keeping residential homes and commercial premises clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene.
Cleaning floors using manual or mechanical cleaning equipment (e.g. mops, vacuum cleaners, floor cleaners).
Cleaning and disinfecting washrooms.
Ensuring chemical cleaning products are handled and stored safely.
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
Following all Health and Safety regulations.
Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries (hand wash, toilet paper, paper towels).
Carrying out minor maintenance tasks such as replacing displaced toilet seats, unclogging sinks.
Conducting regular disinfection and deep cleaning.
Recent experience in a similar role.
Flexible approach to managing varying workload and be available at short notice.
Experience of working as part of a team and on their own.
Good communication skills.
A clean DBS.
Enthusiasm to develop your skills and knowledge.
Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas.
