About The Role:
Once Foxtons has successfully let or sold a property, we are due payment for our commission fee. The bulk of our vendors and landlords pay promptly via the sale proceeds or rent received from the tenant. However, where the commission is not paid, our debt collectors are responsible for obtaining payment.
We require an administrator to assist in the initial invoicing and debt chasing for our institutional landlords and property developers.
Core responsibilities of the role:
- Generating invoices for lettings commission due from institutional landlords
- Generating invoices for sales commission from property developers
- Contacting landlords and developers at set regular intervals following nonpayment
- Liaise with debt collectors and New Homes Department regarding nonpayment
- Assist renewals department and debt collectors in cases where landlords are avoiding commission
About You:
No previous experience in the property industry is required, as full training and ongoing development will be provided.

Prior experience in a professional customer service environment or administration role is desirable but not essential.We offer
