Full-Time Assistant to Sales Director
Based in South-West London, Livra UK Ltd is a market leader in sourcing, fabricating and installing marble, granite and stone in London's prime residential sector.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an
Assistant to Sales Director to join our hard-working, passionate company. This role would suit someone with an interest in construction/architecture/interior design/estimating. Opportunities for growth.
Broad responsibilities and skills include:
Sample collecting and coordination.
Arranging purchase orders for the department.
Calendar and meeting management - coordinating and booking meetings, events, dinners, visits for the Sales Director.
Travel arrangement - booking flights, parking, hire cars, hotels as necessary.
CRM & tracking - maintaining client database, updating history and notes, adding and tracking new orders and additions.
Administration - ensuring all PO's and invoices are on the system, creating handover packs, ordering materials from international & local suppliers.
Manage Social Media accounts with direction from the Sales Director.
Ordering and maintaining marketing materials for Sales Department.
Ad hoc assistance with office parties and events.
- Need to be local to our Southwest London Office._
