Statutory Penalty Monitoring Officer

Grade 3- £23,194 - £29,439

Working 36.5 hours per week within a flexible working scheme 5 days per week Monday to Friday

Permanent


This is an opportunity to work within a busy team, monitoring the statutory processes for recovery of Penalty Charge Notices.

You will need to have experience of working within a pressurised environment working to strict deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail; ability to investigate and assess individual circumstances in line with the statutory procedure associated with the Transport Act 2000 and Traffic Management Act 2004; excellent verbal and written communication skills to produce detailed replies to correspondence to a high level; accurately update information on computer systems to generate reports.

You must be able to maintain confidentiality and also to work well as part of a team with the ability to be flexible to meet deadlines.
