Internal Recruiter / Talent Advisor - £35,000 - Hybrid working


Manchester Staff are currently looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter or Talent Advisor to work for an exciting and growing education business based in Manchester.

The role offers a great opportunity for somebody passionate about creating opportunities for young people to help them achieve better futures.

You will work closely with senior stake holders where good communication, use of initiative and team work are required.

The company have a fun and welcoming environment where job satisfaction is prioritised for its staff. Hybrid working is also offered with 2-3 days working from home per week with a 4pm finish too


Required Skills:


  • 2 Years+ experience within an Senior Recruitment or Talent role
  • Good knowledge of recruitment processes and resources
  • Able to develop and implement recruitment practise across the business
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Skills inc Excel
  • Proactive and able to use your own initiative

The Package
- £35,000 p/a
