Customers are at the heart of all we do and our Customer Advisors are key to the relationships we have with our customers and to the success of our business.

We are looking for a motivated, hard-working, driven individual who can work well under pressure whilst maintaining an excellent level of customer service.

This is position is based at our FordStore at Whiffler Road, Norwich.

Your main responsibility will be to provide effective communication with our customers before and after their vehicle's booking and will include:

Carry out pre-visit and post-visit calls
Process bookings, sell additional products and handle enquiries
Ensure all customer data and GDPR permissions are updated at every customer contact point
Provide a point of contact for customers where normal channels are not available

Busseys have proudly been a Main Ford Dealer since 1923, over the years we have developed and expanded by acquiring 7 sites across Norfolk.

In 2010 we obtained our first Peugeot franchise with a second following in 2016. It is safe to say that we have seen a lot of change However, one thing has always stayed the same, our hard work and commitment to our customers
