About the role
The role of a Customer Onboarding Administrator supports the On-Trade, Take Home Trade & Route To Market total beverage alcohol proposition and Consumer Care in GB and Ireland.
- Open all new accounts in a timely fashion in accordance with AML and IOI policies.
- Responsible for following up on outstanding paperwork with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance to process.
- Champion AML for Diageo Ireland. take responsibility for ensuring our customer data is correct and maintained
- To ensure every Customer/Consumer receives excellent customer service and contributes significantly to ensuring Diageo maintains its position as supplier of choice.
- To build brilliant Customer/Consumer relationships that maximise the value created in every Customer/Consumer interaction.
- Take personal ownership of all Customer/Consumer queries & issues and act as first point of escalation for resolution of Customer Queries.
- To build great business partnerships with Supply, Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Quality colleagues.
What you will bring
- 5 GCSEs / O Levels (inc. Maths and English) or equivalent
- Proven ability to adapt and deliver under time pressure is important.
- Experience in Administration or customer facing position
- Proven ability to deliver consistent high quality accurate results within SLAs
- Be assertive in all situations.
- Computer Literacy
- Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce and excellent Excel/Word is preferred
