Manage the prospects through the entire sales process
Collaborate, develop and implement appropriate communication strategies.
Establish yourself as a domain specialist, advising clients on their recruitment strategy
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
Review any major customer feedback to deliver appropriate solutions
