THE ROLE
We are looking for a digital concession coordinator to join and support our digital Concessions team.
The digital concessions team manage new and existing online partnerships, allowing for our brand to be shopped on multiple partner sites across the world.
This is a really exciting time for the team as we continue to grow our online portfolio and customer reach.
The coordinator will be responsible for the daily support of accounts and trading of third party websites.Reporting to the digital concession manager, the coordinator will support in building positive working relationshops with external partners, help manage product inventory and campaign launches and regularly report sales peformance back to the business.
A person who is passionate about fashion and numbers would thrive in this role.WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Build effective working relationships with partners to drive trade
- Hold quarterly meetings to discuss trade and opportunities, show range
- Identify marketing opportunities across partner sites to increase visibility of brand
- Provide "latest view" forecasts, communicating risk and opportunity to key stakeholders
- Manage product launches using a critical path, that has been communicated to all relevant departments including enrichment data files, imagery and seasonal assets
- Monitor promo/sale performance, communicating this effectively to management
- Daily site walks
- Manage daily and weekly sales, key metrics and promotions to the wider business
- Support your manager in planning and preparation for key seasonal activity, including promo and sales
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?
- Previous ecommerce merchandising / trading experience preferably relevant to third parties
- Proficient with Excel
- Strong numerical background
- Commercially aware with strong trading focus to maximise sales and profit opportunities
- Display forward thinking to ensure we are ahead of the curve always
- Able to demonstrate sound decisionmaking
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Selfmotivated and proactively drives own standards, development and business goals
- Excellent team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexible with ability to work independently and under pressure while meeting deadlines
