As a Service Delivery team member, you will be playing a critical role in updating our back-office Client Relationship Management system: Xplan.

Your role will involve gathering plan information from providers and updating Xplan.


You will use a variety of other online tools and platforms using a variety of other tools and platforms to perform your day to day activities.


Our Financial Planner provide holistic financial planning to all our clients, so an understanding of the different types of investments, pensions and protection plans is desirable but not essential.

We will provide full training and development, so you will build an understanding of these areas.

The above will enable you to produce a high-quality review documents for our financial advisers to present to clients in their annual or half-yearly reviewmeetings.

You will work very closely with all our Financial Planners and the current Service Delivery team supporting them.

The team have a vast experience and knowledge and are extremely approachable to support you in learning our processes and procedures.


Once you have been trained fully on these areas you will have the opportunity to support and learn more about the advice process with supporting the wider Service Delivery team.


You will be required to ensure all work is completed within the required timescales to meet both internal Serviced levels and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines and procedures.


You will also be expected to develop knowledge around Quilter's risk landscape, how that impacts your team and the work that you perform.


Additionally, you'll be required to have a thorough understanding of Quilter Financial Planning (QFP) Treating Customer Fairly (TCF) philosophy and ensure your knowledge is up to date through the training we provide.

Working individually and managing your own workload will also be required as part of the role.
