Customer Service Advisor

Location:
Edinburgh


Hours:
Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm


Salary:
£11 per hour


Start date:
March 2023


Contract:
temporary with a view or permanent

Do you have call centre experience and looking to join a company where you can develop and thrive? If you said yes, then we have a new vacancy for you


What your day would look like:

  • Knowledge Management
  • keeping up to date with processes, rules and products
  • Identify, handle and resolve customer complaints

What we need you to have:

  • Experience of working in a call centre environment
  • Behaviours and approach to listen for and understand a customer's request, identifying what is required to deliver to that need
  • Strong attention to attention
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independantly
  • Prior experience with systems, in particular Microsoft Office.
