On Offer

  • Up to £40,000 Annual Salary dependent on experience
  • 22 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays (increasing on passing probation)

Job Details

  • As Compliance Manager within a medical recruitment environment, you will be responsible for the daytoday management of the compliance team, audits and other duties.
  • The Compliance Manager will ensure that policies and procedures especially in regard to regulatory and ethical standards are adhered to.
  • Further, the Compliance Manager will manage regular audits, reporting, complaints and GDPR.
  • The Compliance Manager will work closely with senior management, internal and external colleagues and associates.

The ideal Compliance Manager

  • Must have experience of compliance within the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
