The role:


Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate Cross Border Submissions and Reviews with business and EMEA countries.
  • Work closely with country legal, compliance and data privacy contacts to review Global function Technology cross border submissions.
  • Hosting kickoff calls with change owner to gather stakeholders, begin impact assessment and identify leads from each functional group to be part of the project
  • Build and develop partnerships with potential initiators/ change owners, channel leads and stakeholders by:
  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional meetings
  • Develop analytics and reporting to track effectiveness of process and identify potential process improvements
  • Contribute to developing enhancements of Work Flow Management tool
  • Provide thought leadership in continually reviewing process and identifying improvements
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

Qualifications:


  • Significant relevant work experience in Business Risk & Controls (Data Privacy, Information Security, Compliance & Audit)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
  • Knowledge of Cognos, Qlikview and Tableau reporting advantageous
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven effective organisational influencing skills
  • Third party vendor management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead global team efforts
  • Excellent problem solving skills ability to see the big pictures with high attention to critical details
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategy and process improvement initiatives.
