The role:

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Cross Border Submissions and Reviews with business and EMEA countries.
Work closely with country legal, compliance and data privacy contacts to review Global function Technology cross border submissions.
Hosting kickoff calls with change owner to gather stakeholders, begin impact assessment and identify leads from each functional group to be part of the project
Build and develop partnerships with potential initiators/ change owners, channel leads and stakeholders by:
Facilitate and lead cross-functional meetings
Develop analytics and reporting to track effectiveness of process and identify potential process improvements
Contribute to developing enhancements of Work Flow Management tool
Provide thought leadership in continually reviewing process and identifying improvements
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

Qualifications:

Significant relevant work experience in Business Risk & Controls (Data Privacy, Information Security, Compliance & Audit)
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
Knowledge of Cognos, Qlikview and Tableau reporting advantageous
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Proven effective organisational influencing skills
Third party vendor management experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead global team efforts
Excellent problem solving skills ability to see the big pictures with high attention to critical details
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategy and process improvement initiatives.
