Receptionist
Salary:
£15 per hour
A global professional services firm is looking for a temporary receptionist to join their team to cover holidays. This is a great opportunity for someone to build reception experience in a friendly and supportive team.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Providing of a professional and courteous reception service
- Booking meeting rooms
- Acting as the first point of contact including providing a friendly, helpful and welcoming service to internal and external stakeholders
- Anticipating client needs including following
- Managing all incoming telephone calls and enquiries
- Ensuring all visitors and contractors sign in including issuing visitor passes
- Receiving deliveries
- Booking taxis and executive cars for all staff as and when requested
- Setting up meeting rooms including IT facilities
- Managing all incoming post
- Maintaining stationary supplies
- Ensuring Health and Safety procedures are adhered to
- Working in accordance with model and KPIs on an ongoing basis and ensuring service excellence
Receptionist Essentials:
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Professional manner and mature approach
- A proven track record of customer service essential
- Must be familiar of all reception duties
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety processes
