Reed Business Support are currently working with an extremely reputable client of ours that are recruiting for a very exciting opportunity.

Job Title

  • Service Department Coordinator
Salary
- £25,000-£30,000

Location

  • Edinburgh
The Service Department Coordinator will work as part of a team, to service and maintain client's security systems. At times the service administrator may also provide support to other departments. The role requires a great deal of initiative and autonomy.

Duties Reacting to client 'call out' requests

  • Logging calls onto the Service Administration software package ensuring these calls are closed off accurately & efficiently with all relevant dates and times correctly received from engineers and recorded
  • Actioning any remedial or follow up visits and deal with any equipment requirements
  • Making sure that clients have copies of the service reports
  • Client Reports
  • Ensuring Engineers have the latest contract list.
  • Scheduling PPM visits for at least six months ahead
  • Distributing schedule to the regional teams
  • Providing administrative support
  • Check all these type of call outs are being invoiced and chased where applicabl
