A well-known and reputable business based on the outskirts of the Wakefield area are recruiting a Credit Controller to join their fast-paced finance team.

With hybrid working and free onsite parking, this is an opportunity you will want to miss out onReporting into the Credit Manager, key responsibilities for the Credit Controller will include:
- Dealing with queries and any problematic accounts
- Setting up terms and conditions of credit
- Putting accounts on stop/hold when necessary and working closely with the Credit Manager
- Daily posting and allocating of receipts, bank reconciliation and processing of sales invoices
- Weekly sales reconciliation and monthend reporting
- Other adhoc credit control/sales ledger duties
The successful Credit Controller will have an excellent telephone manner with strong customer service and negotiation skills and will have proven experience within all aspects of the credit control process.
- Have previous credit control and ideally sales ledger experience
- Be able to work towards targets and deadlines whilst retaining a high level of customer service
- Have strong IT skills and will be comfortable with Excel
- Be enthusiastic, confident and keen to learn new skills
- Be able to work in a fast paced, ever changed environment
