Juice is excited to be working alongside a large international firm in search of a Trainee or experienced Recruitment Head-hunter based just outside of Swindon.

This is a full-time office role working Monday-Thursday 8am-5:30pm and Friday 8am-3:00pm


This role will have the following responsibilities:

  • Working in partnership with an experienced team of professional consultants.
  • Market research will be essential to headhunt any new roles in the market.
  • Bright, enthusiastic and target driven, motivated by success and financial reward.
  • A hunger to learn, develop and become the best in the Accountancy and finance market.
  • Previous professional telephone experience.
  • Exposure in sales would be advantageous.
  • Strong and effective communicator with the presence to make an immediate impact.
  • Entrepreneurial and keen to progress their career as fast as possible.
  • Friendly & resilient nature with the drive to join a genuine team with a strong work ethic.
  • A strong relationship builder.
