To maximise the creation of value and achieve business excellence, delivering the highest quality products and services that our customers demand and expect, we need to continually improve the processes that underpin everything we do and how we do it.

In light of this - we are seeking a highly skilled and strategic-minded Specialist for Process Architecture to join our organisation.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting the standard for our process architecture for our Enterprise QMS and for providing central expertise and guidance to Global Process Owners to work to that standard.

You will drive the creation and implementation of high-level process models, dataflows, KPI driver trees and documentation, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Support the development of a comprehensive process architecture strategy, including process modelling, data flows, data lineage, and KPI driver trees, to drive organisational process excellence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process requirements and structures and identify improvement opportunities and develop process design solutions that align with organisational goals.
  • Support the development and maintenance of process documentation, including process maps and data flows, data lineage and driver trees, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance at the top levels of our QMS.
  • Support the creation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process performance and monitor and analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement for the efficiency of operation (cycle time, throughput, right first time, etc) and effectiveness of its output.
  • Collaborate with Digital teams to ensure seamless integration of processes into technology platforms, optimising data flows and system capabilities.

What You'll Need

  • Ability to define and create a function agnostic, simplified process structure / network that represents our business, based on value creation / dataflows.
  • Practical experience of an enterprise tool set for process excellence mapping, documentation, etc.
  • Experience of process improvement methodologies, such as ADLi / LeTCI, Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt, are highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the dimensions of process definition: process flow, data lineage, digital architecture of systems and connection to enterprise KPI's and business performance targets.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, process excellence, or related roles, with a track record of successfully leading and implementing transformational change initiatives.
  • An individual who is resilient, energetic and enthusiastic, responds constructively to new ideas and input in a changing business environment.
