The Position
We're on the lookout for a Weekend Operations Associate to play a vital role in our growth story.
As a key member of our operations team, you'll be an essential link in ensuring our clients and carers experience the pinnacle of service quality every weekend.
This is a dynamic and varied role that thrives on your attention to detail and commitment to excellence.Responsibilities
Your impact will be far-reaching as you:
- Collaborate in the recruitment and screening of exceptional carers
- Guide and support carers during their onboarding and induction
- Engage with clients, assisting with queries and facilitating scheduling
- Uphold the highest standards of customer care, as defined by the Care Quality Commission
- Innovate by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Provide clinical administrative and client alert monitoring support (clinical background desirable)
- Effectively manage emergency incidents, ensuring timely and compassionate responses

£19,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
