The Position
We're on the lookout for a Weekend Operations Associate to play a vital role in our growth story.

As a key member of our operations team, you'll be an essential link in ensuring our clients and carers experience the pinnacle of service quality every weekend.

This is a dynamic and varied role that thrives on your attention to detail and commitment to excellence.


Responsibilities

Your impact will be far-reaching as you:

  • Collaborate in the recruitment and screening of exceptional carers
  • Guide and support carers during their onboarding and induction
  • Engage with clients, assisting with queries and facilitating scheduling
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer care, as defined by the Care Quality Commission
  • Innovate by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Provide clinical administrative and client alert monitoring support (clinical background desirable)
  • Effectively manage emergency incidents, ensuring timely and compassionate responses
This role will work Friday through to Monday (4 days a week). Minimum commitment of 6 months.

£19,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
