Directorate - Adult Care Housing & Public Health

37 hours per week, permanent
There is an exciting opportunity to join our Housing Property Service.

The main purpose of the role is to ensure that the Council fulfil its statutory compliance duties in electrical and lifts legislation.


You will be responsible for ensuring that robust performance management and quality assurance frameworks are in place for property compliance.

You will also be responsible for developing and managing robust procedures, processes and policies in your designated area.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you are electrically qualified and experienced.


Whilst lifts knowledge and experience is not essential, you must have a willingness to develop your skills and knowledge in this area.
