Pupil Engagement Mentor - Lincoln (DN31) Secondary Full Academic Year
In this role as a Pupil Engagement Mentor, you will be working directly with a student struggling with behavioural issues and in need of a consistent foundation of all-round support as they prepare for their GCSE exams in the summer.
Pupil Engagement Mentor Role Information:
Full academic year Beginning ASAP
Located in Lincoln (LN1)
Monday to Friday position Usual school working hours
Paid 430 per week during term time only
Access to multiple online CPD courses SEN, Mental Health & more
Planning and conducting 1:1 & small group academic support
Working with Year 11 student in and out of class environment
Tailoring support sessions around needs of student
Pupil Engagement Mentor Applicant Requirements:
Minimum 2:1 UK based university degree
Strong academic background
Prior experience working with young children
Naturally outgoing and supportive individual
Good organisation & communication skills
Passionate about the progression of young people
