Team description:


The Payout team process documents received by brokers and internal sales to ensure they have been completed to the correct standards, once all approved these deals are activated and we release payment to the suppliers & brokers.


Description of role and key responsibilities:

  • The role is to provide:
  • Support to approved brokers by answering any questions regarding document packs or general regulatory queries relating to the necessary paperwork
  • Timely payout of document packs received by brokers within set SLAs


Responsibilities include processing of payout packs, development of best practice procedures in line with new IT systems & maintaining regular contact with key brokers.


  • The overall job objective it to provide a seamless process to external & internal clients.

  • Technical Knowledge
  • Understanding of lease and asset finance
  • AML/KYC requirements
Skills and how they are applied- Analytical Skills

  • Client focus, ability to maintain strong relationships and communicate with clients and brokers
Investec specific knowledge and how it is applied

  • Knowledge of Investec's products & services
