You will be part of the Product & Content team, in the Commercial department, the very heart of easyJet Holidays. You will work daily with several key departments influencing which holiday destinations we sell packages to and the hotels we offer. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to travel to and become an expert in specific geographical destinations.

JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of this role is to support the implementation of the product strategy for an allocated set of destinations across the beach and city programme for easyJet Holidays. The position supports the Product Managers in identifying opportunities to grow volume through analysis of destinations, routes, and product. Through a broad understanding of the wider market and competitors, opportunities to differentiate easyJet Holidays product offering will be identified. The role also supports the wider Commercial team with Product expertise.

What you'll bring to the team:

Someone with strong analytical skills and high commercial acumen, be a creative & proactive thinker

You will have strong communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders and build relationships quickly

Have a proven decisionmaking and problemsolving ability and be process driven, driving continuous improvement to existing processes and rolling out new processes where required.

LOCATION & HOURS OF WORK
This full-time role is based at our HQ near Luton Airport, and we operate a hybrid working model with two office days a week
