If you are an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking to expand your skills and knowledge into complex care or if you already have complex care experience, this could be the perfect job role for you

We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants in Bootle, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one and two-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own home.

Meet our service user

Our service user is a cheerful young boy who lives with his loving family in Bootle, he requires support with his complex and clinical care needs throughout the evening on a 2:1 and 1:1 basis.

He loves the interaction with others, enjoys listening to music, stories being read to him and even having a massage, especially his feet.

Throughout the year he enjoys family breaks to Butlins and would love for staff to be available to assist and join in with these.

Throughout the evening you will assist with his evening routine, supporting with personal care, attending to his clinical needs, and assisting him to enjoy his hobbies and interests.

Essential Experience Required

3 months previous care experience
Medication Administration
Personal Care
Moving and Handling

Desirable Experience

Epilepsy Management
Working with Challenging Behaviour
Oxygen Administration

We have the following shifts available;

Part Time Evenings
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
4pm 9pm

Take a look at our pay rates

Weekdays:
£12.00 per hour (£156 approx. per 13-hour shift)

Bank Holiday:
£16.00 per hour (£208 approx. per 10-hour shift)
