An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated pharmacy technician to join the dynamic and well established Medicines Management team.

About the Trust


Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust provide services from two main hospitals, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and West Middlesex University Hospital, and a number of clinics across London and the South-East.

You will gain a wide range of experience working within different specialities providing pharmaceutical care.

The post holder will be working at ward level and duties will include medicines reconciliation, assessment of patient's own drugs, patient counselling, transcribing of medication, liaising with ward pharmacists and nursing staff to ensure medications are prescribed accurately, participating in the admissions unit medicine round, assisting the pharmacist on ambulatory care and supervision and training of new and pre-registration staff.

A full and comprehensive in-house training package will be provided to help you to develop in this role.
