Responsibilities:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced project manager to join our HR team.

In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with the HR Governance, Regulation and Risk manager to manage key initiatives and projects supporting the strategic objectives of the department.


You will be responsible for delivering projects, either directly or through the extended HR team, and for identifying and coordinating key stakeholders, workstreams and contributors to the project.

You will be required to develop and maintain detailed project plans and associated communications documents, and to manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project, in line with the project plan.

You will also need to identify issues and risks, and to develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.


Profile required:


  • Proven PMO/Project Analyst experience including understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management.
  • Proven experience in providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fastpaced business environment.
  • Experience at working both independently and in a teamoriented, collaborative environment is essential.
  • Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment.
  • Reacts to project scope change promptly and efficiently.
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
  • Ability to defuse tension among project team, should it arise.
  • Ability to bring project to successful completion through sensitivity.
  • Strong relationship building, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Managing competing agendas/priorities and establish achievable projects/goals
  • Report to and demonstrate diplomacy when working with key stakeholders
  • Diligent with attention to detail
  • Ability to cope under pressure
  • Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
  • Effective communicator at all levels
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a highpressure environment
