Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 12 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and technical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and support tools.
  • Patience and a customercentric attitude.
