My client is a well known drinks manufacterer based near to Ponder's End station and they are looking for an experienced administrator to help out in their accounts team whilst they recruit for the ideal permanent person.
Could be a great foot in the door ora stop gap between jobs.The location is easily accessible from the Overground network and you need only commute to the office 2 days per week and work from home the other three days.
Overview:
- Start date: ASAP
- Hours: 08:30 17:30, Monday
- Friday
- Hybrid role: circa 2 days in office
- Length: ongoing role at least 3 months
Responsibilities:
- Supporting with daytoday side of things
- Chasing people for payments
- Sending out statements
- Point of contact
- Queries forwarding to relevant parties
- Monitoring accounts receivable inbox
Experience:
- Strong administration experience
- Good with Excel and data entry
- Sme invoice processing experience would be beneficial
- Able to work autonmously and escalate to senior team where needed
