You must be a responsible and creative KS2 ECT Class Teacher who has the skills to manage your lesson plans to incorporate all ability levels.

You should be able to show challenge as a way of furthering the children's learning, as well as supporting thechildren who are struggling, with concrete apparatus in order for them to access the same learning as the others.

The school wants teachers who can demonstrate first-class curriculum knowledge. You will have the skills to demonstrate at all times, throughoutthe school year, an appreciation of excellent teaching practice. You will have the vision to build the confidence of all pupils through engaging and upbeat lessons.

This KS2 ECT Class Teacher role involves you taking charge of a KS2 class which will be decided nearer the time.
