As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our business runs smoothly and efficiently, providing our clients with the exceptional service they expect and deserve.

In this exciting and varied role, you will be responsible for managing a range of administrative duties, including:

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
  • Keeping our CRM system up to date
  • Producing accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Preparing meeting packs and presentations
  • Processing client requests
  • Working with third parties to ensure cases are processed efficiently
  • Using your initiative to deal with matters in a timely and effective manner.
