We are looking for a new Recruitment Coordinator to join our In-house Recruitment Team at Avidity Group.

You will have some recruitment experience or extensive customer service experience under your belt and looking for a new challenge that could lead to a permanent opportunity with lots of potential for progression._**This is a high-volume recruitment coordinator role which is fast paced and varied - you will manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities/campaigns.

Your role involves cultivating our "Wavemakers" community nationwide, aiding major brands in boosting sales and optimizing product presentation. You'll be adept at engaging external partners, fostering robust connections, and enrolling individuals into our Wave database. This platform enables them to access occasional job opportunities, earning as they seize these opportunities.


Day to day you will liaise with the wider team via Microsoft Teams when working from home and ideally will have worked within a homebased/hybrid role before and can evidence working well as part of team under similar circumstances.


Due to continued growth, we are growing our in-house recruitment team, we would love to hear from you if you have the below skills,

  • Experienced social media user you will love thinking outside the box and looking for new ways to engage with talent to join our business.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System or confident learning new systems we will give you lots of training
  • Very comfortable managing stakeholders and building relationships with those around you this is a HUGE part of the day to day
  • Proven experience within an extremely fast paced environment
  • Love a challenge
  • Work well with data
  • Huge levels of personal energy with great selfmotivation
  • Experience working from home and have the right set up (all kit provided)
