Description
Our client in Durham is seeking to recruit a Collections Manager.
Operating in a complex trading environment you will be a key player for the business in this area. You will by nature be tough, organised, self starting and creative in your thinking. Good communication skills will be important internally to help build casesfor debt recovery. Prior debt collection experience is useful, but not necessarily essential.
Recognition will come both in the form of gratitude from management and financial rewards.

The sums involved are such that the client will seek to implement a bonus scheme related to successful recovery of debts.

The company itself has a sales driven culture, high energy/high achieving ambitious individuals are the norm.

This is not a role for a person who relishes the clock striking 5pm, nor a role for someone who wants to tick along earning an average salary forever.

Earnings will exceed £50,000 pa and could exceed £65,000 pa with an appropriate degree of success.
