In this role, you will be responsible for providing superior administration, support, and coordination to the Workplace team and other stakeholders.
You will manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure the delivery of a high-quality service.
Your attention to detail and commitment to compliance will be essential in ensuring that ISS and client policies, procedures, and standards are met.
As a champion of workplace projects and initiatives, you will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement of workplace services, processes, and systems.
Key Responsibilities_**_
- Ownership and responsibility for a total Workplace delivery within the building using the ISS helpdesk and the wider Workplace network
- To provide supervision and support of ISS and EY Workplace teams within the buildings
- To ensure adequate cover at all times in conjunction with any service providers
- To ensure the office working environment and workplace services supporting the business are to financial and qualitative standards, meet customer expectations and are continually improved
- To operate as the local "eyes and ears" of the workplace team bringing any areas of improvement or issues to the Regional Workspace manager's attention
- To encourage a self help ethos within the business and continue for all Workplace related incidents to be logged via the Helpdesk
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications_**_
- Knowledge and understanding of the health and safety relevant to the office inc. Fire, First Aid DSE, and Accident reporting
- Demonstrable ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Awareness of the impact upon the firm of legislative, technological or other changes, with the ability to respond effectively
- Sound knowledge of workplace services and operations
- Knowledge of data bases
