Description

Are you a qualified social worker, committed to improving outcomes for adults and families in East London? If so, we'd like to hear from you.

Starting on 12/04/2024, this role includes a caseload covering adults in need.

As our successful applicant, you will play a critical role in assessing and planning care solutions in accordance with statutory requirements and departmental policies.

The role will be ideal for applicant who have experience of keeping accurate records, writing reports and using your strong relationship-building skills to ensure service users are involved in decision making.

In addition, you'll be asked to work up non-restrictive care plans and ensure effective communication with adults, families and other professionals.

Finally, you need to be in possession of a social work degree or other professional qualification relevant to the role (eg DipSW, CQSW or BASW) and be HCPC registered.
