We are on the hunt for a Technology Product Support Officer to help support our customers' digital journey in the construction industry.

You'll be working with cutting-edge equipment from top manufacturers and providing technical support to ensure our customersget the most out of their purchases.

In addition to your technical skills, you'll need to be a great communicator with a focus on customer care.

You'll be responsible for tracking customer support issues and working with our sales and service teams to provide exemplary service that ensureswe remain the market leader in digital innovation in the construction industry.

We're looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role, a basic understanding of GNSS and GPS for earthworks and civil engineering, and a working knowledge ofSiteLinkand CRM systems.

Knowledge of Trimble, Leica, and Topcon machine control workflowswould be an added bonus.
