Graduate Solutions Consultant - Hybrid
Winchester

£30,000 p/a

1-1 Recruitment have an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing and forward thinking company specialising in software development, as a Graduate Solutions Consultant.

The company offer a full design and development service for their clients.

Full training on this role will be given however this would suit a graduate with a degree in computer science or similar, or a nongraduate with experience in the industry.

Day to day responsibilities:

Delivering custom integrations between software platforms using the latest technologies
Developing workflow to agreed specifications
Providing Consultant Retention service to our clients
Helping to write technical Statements of Work and providing support for bids on new projects
Working closely with our Offshore developers to provide a seamless service to our clients
Training will be provided on the job by the Senior Consultants

Required skills, experience and attributes:

An individual who is collaborative, analytical, and methodical with strong written and verbal communication skills
A team player who cares about best practice and the quality of what you implement
Be confident to put your own ideas into any task, be selfmotivated and have the ability to work on your own initiative
A passion for learning new technologies
Confidence speaking to new people and excellent communication and listening skills
