There will be an expectation that the two posts will support each other and cross cover virtually when operationally necessary.

You will also be part of an established children's Physio team based in the Nottingham Children's Hospital at the QMC campus of Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust.

Main duties of the job

You will be an expert clinical advisor within obesity and will provide assessment and advice/treatment to Children, Young people and their families who attend the East Midlands CEW Clinics.

You will provide education and training and will liaise closely with the wider multi-disciplinary team.

You will work alongside the Leicestershire Physiotherapist to identify, develop and provide innovative new ways to address obesity among our young population.

As such, service evaluation will be a key element to allow the team to showcase the success of the service.
