This is an exciting time for the business as they continue to broaden their capabilities and grow the team to meetthe demands of their clients, but also look to launch a new sister agency that will specialise in creative content.
Working alongside a talented team, you will support the team by overseeing administrative task, communicating with clients, coordinating meetings and ensuring resource availability for the team.
The role
- Supporting the team with the management of several key clients
- Understand quality standards set by the company and agreed with each customer.
- Delivering excellent customer service levels with the ability to meet our clients' needs.
- Booking transport and accommodation
- Organising company events/meetings/setting up agendas
- Preparing presentations and reports
- Attending businesses with Senior Management
Requirements:
- Previous Project Coordinator/Office or Account Management experience
- Can demonstrate the ability to carry out tasks within set timeframes and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Logical thinker
- Professional outlook and approachable manner
- Commitment to take pride in all aspects of the role
